It was such a pleasure meeting Allan and working with him. We had asked him to show us a condo. We really weren’t serious buyers at the time but wanted to see what was out there. He showed us the condo then mentioned he had a town house we could see. We liked that place much better even though it was extremely outdated. Allan said it was a gut job. I really wasn’t interested. Our daughter continued to watch that place online. The price continued to drop and pretty much sight unseen we made an offer. Allan handled it all. I was in Paris the day I signed the papers and Allan made that process very easy. We bought in August and met Allan at the place in September. It was a major undertaking fixing up the place and Allan was a big help. We are loving living in the community and very greatful to Allan for doing a great job working with us to buy the place. He’s definitely a good guy and we highly recommend him as an agent and human being
