Kim was great. She had an offer which I accepted in about 6 days. She kept me informed during the whole process and was responsive to any questions I had. Would def buy/sell with her again.

I was nervous about purchasing a home
I was nervous about purchasing a home. I was given Kim's name by my lender told him I wanted someone who would listen and make this a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Kim I had no problems it was a joy to work with her. Settlement date was given to me at the time of signing the contract and had no problems did not have any delays. I highly recommend Kim Scott.

Kim is highly professional, detail orientated, and super responsive. I sold my property while living abroad for work, and she made the experience seamless and simple. She gave great recommendations and also listened to my concerns and ideas. Kim advocated for me as the seller and also ensured that I was mindful of the buyer so that the sale would go smoothly. Kim was very honest and very tactful handling our transaction. Sometimes it's hard to hear that you need to move "this" or get rid of "that" making your home more appealing, but Kim did it all with grace and understanding. She also pulled out all the stops with photos and videos to make our home super-appealing. Well done Kim!!

From start to finish, Kim was amazing
From start to finish, Kim was amazing. She never came to us with problems, just solutions. She was prepared with contractors to get our house sell-ready, and she made sure all of our needs were met in order to make a quick close deadline. Not only did we have 2 full price offers within 24 hours, but we were able to settle without issue within 45 days. We did not have to do anything, Kim handled everything for us, making selling our home easy. Kim exceeded our expectations on every level. Thank you, Kim!
