Denise dropped everything and spent an entire day with me, my husband and our 3 small children looking for the perfect mountain house. She was incredibly patient and flexible and made sure we saw any properties that may work for us on that day. She has been incredibly accommodating even a month after our closing. She even drove by the house and happened to see a delivery outside while we weren't in town and offered to put the packages inside. She's just a great person all the way around. She knows the area and did a great job representing us for a quick and seamless transaction. We absolutely recommend her!

Personalized attention, great listener with a keen eye for the housing market. When a house, we liked came on the market, Denise was able to get us a showing within hours and within days write up a strong offer. When issues developed during the buying process, Denise worked tirelessly to resolve the problems with the seller’s agent and we were very happy with the results. After the purchase, Denise continued to help us with our transition to our new home. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind, we were thankful to have her as our agent!

Denise was recommended by an acquaintance from the area, and we're so glad that she was suggested to us. She was so helpful in our long-distance property search and was flexible with her time when we needed to see a house last minute. She listened to and understood our search criteria and kept them in mind as we discussed various properties along the way. After we went under contract, Denise was dogged in pursuing our interests, but not at the expense of alienating the other party. She guided us in decision making, and helped us get to a completed sale. I highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat.
