•We had a rental house that the renters had ruined to the point of gutting the house. In comes Nicole on her white horse. She had so many prospect at the house so quickly we were amazed at her quickness in helping us. We were still responsible for the mortgage until it sold. Nicole found a lovely young couple who wanted to buy, tear down the house and rebuild on the nice acre. Nicole fostered a price we all were pleased and within a month and a half we were signing. On April 15, 2019 we happily sold that property thanks to all of Nicole’s hard work. She kept in constant constant with us and worked her magic in a professional, very friendly, rapid, intelligent way. We wold recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a house. Nicole was present at the signing and saw how happy we all were. She rides off next to the next seller whe will profit from her expertise. We were so blessed to have her as our agent, who sole a difficult house. May Nicole be blessed. Lizann Dodson/Nancy Brooks
