Sahar has sold two properties for us in Florida...

Sahar has sold two properties for us in Florida - a condo in Palm Harbor a couple of years ago and now vacant land in Indian Rocks Beach. We live out of state and she handled both closings expertly. We were in total agreement with her in the negotiations on price and timing and when the buyers of the vacant land needed extra time to close the deal she negotiated with their agent so that we would not be out of pocket. She listens to her client and advises when she thinks necessary. It was a pleasure to work with her, she is extremely professional and a great personality. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
