•We cannot say enough great things about Karen! Initially, we listed our home in Safety Harbor with Zillow, assuming their national presence and industry influence would make the process smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Despite months on the market and 2-3 viewings per week, we **never once met our assigned “realtor” in person.** We repeatedly asked them to visit our home and provide in-person feedback on how to improve our chances of getting an offer, but they never made the effort. The feedback we did receive over the phone was generic and unhelpful. We even watched showings on our security cameras and saw that the agent barely engaged with potential buyers, which explained why we weren’t getting meaningful feedback or offers. After **five to six months of frustration,** we dropped them and turned to Karen—and that was the best decision we could have made! From day one, Karen was **hands-on and proactive.** She immediately visited our home, walked through every detail, and gave practical suggestions to improve viewings (which, thankfully, required minimal changes). She thoroughly explained the entire process and had a strategy in place right away. **Within the first week, we had our first offer.** While it wasn’t quite what we wanted, within a couple more weeks, we received a fantastic offer! Karen also went above and beyond to help us navigate the post-inspection process, connecting us with trusted professionals to take care of electrical and AC work at great prices—and all within a tight timeframe. Looking back, we deeply regret wasting so many months with Zillow, especially during a shifting market. **By not reaching out to Karen first, we lost tens of thousands of dollars.** Don’t make the same mistake—if you’re selling your home, **call Karen first!**
