Clare has very good knowledge of the local market and listed the price competitively so it was able to sell quickly and on our terms. She was available for open houses and potential buyer private tours. Clare is an excellent communicator and worked well with us and the buyers as we answered their questions. She went above and beyond our expectations by helping us clear out our house and took multiple boxes with donations to local charities.
