Maria and her Team were excellent in all aspects in the sale of my Parent's home. If I had any questions on the entire process someone from the Team would always provide a quick response. They created a virtual tour of the house that was very enjoyable to watch and also provide potential Buyers great ideas on how to update it. (It was built in 1926) The service level is fantastic, as an example her husband Rich noticed that our smoke alarms were outdated. He went to the store, purchased new smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors and installed them in the house for us. He only asked that I reimburse him for the cost of the alarms. He also alerted me that a deadbolt lock was not up to code and needed to be replaced. His efforts allowed us to pass inspection and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. I didn't even have to be at the inspection because Rich handled the whole process, he booked the appointment and met with the inspector. I would highly recommend them because I know they would do an excellent job for anyone.
