Kerri landed us a home against all odds

In the super heated Colorado market where there were multiple offers (probably several cash offers), Kerri got us our dream home although we requested a 45 day closing! We have been searching for house #2 in rural areas and Kerri has proven most knowledgeable. She has pointed out neighborhoods that don't get plowed on a regular basis, noise concerns with a certain neighborhood, one neighborhood that did not have a water supply for the houses, and several other things we would have never though of on our own! I was a real estate agent for about 15 years in Texas and I still need plenty of guidance. Kerri has been a great realtor!
