Lori helped us to buy a lovely home in the Foxboro area during a very hot seller's market. As first-time home buyers with little knowledge of the market and the buying process generally, we appreciated her patience as we took our time finding the right house for us, as well as her ability to clearly explain the offer/negotiation process. She was almost always available and willing to come to open houses with us, and was thorough when putting an offer together. She explained to us clearly what each part of the offer meant, which was always helpful to us. Eventually the hard work paid off and she helped us find a great house. It's also worth noting that Lori has many contacts after working in this field for so many years; she put us in touch with a good bank for the mortgage, a good home inspector, utility companies, and she even recommended local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. Overall, Lori was wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and also brought a positive attitude to our housing search during some difficult times. Lori Rudd makes me smile. That's a bonus to what she accomplished for us. She was discreet in how she priced our house and discreet in how she handled our questions throughout the process. I had fun challenging her objectivity by being mildly ridiculous. For example, it was obvious that my house needed to be repainted. And Lori said so. In response, I said, "Can't we just paint over the peeling spots without doing the entire house?" Lori's response was typically professional: "Buyers would see if you cared about the exterior, then the interior must be well taken care of." I was hoping she'd say, "Hey look, dummy, do as I say, or I'll FIRE you!" It wasn't meant to be, but we were delighted by the result of the process. Stop reading this and hire Lori!
