The most knowledgeable realtor I've ever met. Gina is super patient and respectful of your wishes and only wants the best for you and your family. It took us almost 2 years to find a house and Gina was by our side through it all not forcing our hand one bit. She is exactly what you want from a realtor in that she is not pushy at all but knows how to get the job done. She is super easy to get in touch with and is always responsive when in need. My favorite part was we never felt like she was trying to sell us a house but rather advise us on how to make the best life decision.

When I decided to purchase my first home, I was mainly worried about the logistics. I didn’t know where to start; luckily I got connected with Joy. She broke everything down for me, answered any questions I had, and was readily available when I needed her or had a question. I’m pretty certain this wasn’t the case, but she made me feel as though I was her only client. She is a very sweet, personable and laid-back individual and any person looking to buy a home would be lucky to work with her.

Patty Jo is not just an amazing relator but an amazing person. She was so helpful through the whole home buying process. Even after closing on the home patty jo was still there to help us in anyway possible. I recommend her to anyone searching for a home and I will definitely only use patty jo if in the near future we decide to move again. She is amazing !

Anne was the best decision we made in the home buying process besides purchasing our home which we absolutely love. We met Anne at an open house and liked how she handled showing us the open house so much that we asked her to be our realtor. She never pushed anything on us and always pointed out issues (smelled for mold, looked for water stains in the basement, holes in the walls, etc) so that we would be making the best possible decision. After looking at homes for months we ended up putting the search on hold due to possibly relocating. Anne was very understanding. A year and a half later we got pregnant and asked Anne if she would work with us again. She was more than willing. Our specifics for a home completely changed and Anne was there every step of the way to help us basically start over. Within 2 months we found the home of our dreams. It's new construction which we didn't consider the first time around. Not only did Anne explain the difference in the process with purchasing new construction, she continues to help ensure the taxes are assessed correctly and the builders are on schedule to continue other landscaping items around the home even though we have already closed on the home and have moved in. We don't know what we would have done without her!
