We decided to move to South Carolina and liked the Lake Murray area. With Becki Ashby as our Realtor we benefited by her professionalism and knowledge of all things realty. We settled on a plan to build our new house and Becki found us the perfect lot. She guided us through the purchasing, financing, lot permitting, clearing and development requirements. Becki found us a builder being mindful of the steps involved. We wanted to keep our options open and had not fully committed to building yet. Knowing our house plans, Becki found a similar existing house which was fresh on the market place. In a few hours we toured the house, and in a few more hours we placed an offer which was accepted the next morning. All this on a Sunday afternoon! We were referred to Becki while we were not exactly sure what we were looking for in a house. She spent so much time with us walking through houses and helping us think through what we wanted and needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of home buying, repairs and maintenance. She was available whenever we needed her, responding immediately and gave us great referrals when we needed them (for painting estimates, home inspections, etc.). We gained so much knowledge from her. She handled EVERYTHING for us. I do not know how she is able to give so much support and time to each of her clients. Everyone who knew and worked with her spoke very highly of her. Even after we closed on our house, she has come by to help us in various ways! She is amazing and we highly recommend her.
