Best realtor ever

Hi, I have known Paul since I was 3 years old when he sold my parents our house in Orlando. He was a neighbor for years and a pillar in the local community. He was always at local high school soccer games, volunteering or donating to causes. That being said he was the clear choice for a realtor. However, he far surpassed any expectations I could have imagined. Paul started off by taking a holistic approach from a financial perspective and explained how this investment works. He then set up an entire day together to view homes. Once I found the right place to call home he got it at the price I wanted in an extremely competitive market. He set clear, black and white expectations about where his job starts and ends as well as where his colleagues jobs started and ended. He set everything up from the conversation with the mortgage Broker, insurance agent, to the closing and it was seamless! In what would typically be a lot of work, he made it so simple. Once the closing was complete he continued to be a resource through a renovation and lended his truck to move furniture. To say he exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I am so grateful Paul was my realtor and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.
