We could not be happier with what Angela Marchese did for us as our real estate agent in selling our home! Over the course of three years, Angela guided us through the process, suggesting what needed to be fixed or changed in our home. She showed much patience as we tried to move closer to selling, then had to back away for awhile. When the time came to put the house on the market, we followed her valuable suggestions in showing the house, and she staged it beautifully using some of her own pieces. As a result, the house was only on the market for four days before we had a dozen showings, seven of which resulted in offers. We went with an offer that was $45K above our asking price.
