Carol Hertel: responsive 2023 Carol immediately responded to our first inquiry to sell, suppling us with data, as well as insights from her experience in this market. We didn't take action at the time, Carol Hertel: organized We reached out to her again this summer 2025, she greeted us with the same eagerness & she had kept a file from our earlier contact, so she was ready to give us the updated information. Carol Hertel: knowledgeable & connected When we reviewed property in Oregon, we turned to Carol for advice on our VA loan requirements. Carol was familiar with the loan rules & introduced us to a VA specialist which enabled us to make the right connection to our lender. Carol Hertel: 'Get it done' Within days of our decision to sell our home in Lakewood, Carol had the professional photography done, printed, listed, advertised & on the market. Professionally printed 'key feature' cards placed within our home, fliers mailed within the market area. We had viewing appointments the very 1st day it was listed & requests days after.
