The Best without the disappointment!

Raman Sharma helped my wife and I buy our first house and we can’t be happier and recommend him enough. We knew nothing about buying process and this insane market but Raman was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we completely aware & educated on every step of the process. I will say the seller on the other end was a bit difficult and very sassy... Raman kept his cool and went the extra mile and kept all party's cool and collective. One of the best! If not the best!

We met Raman back in 2016, We were in the process of purchasing our very first home in Colorado. At that time we had no realtor and went through the builder. We had struggled getting the home we wanted and had to back out … happen to be Raman was at the sales site… He jumped right in and started communicating with the vp on our behalf … and yes he wasn’t even getting paid to do this due to the fact we didn’t have a realtor and we went straight through the builder directly. He was able to pull couple miracles together and connect us with the right lenders so we could close on our home. From that point on he has been our realtor. So Due to our ever changing needs we sold our beautiful home this year. Yes people say it’s such an easy market everything just sells, but what they don’t say is how important it is to have a knowledgeable agent on your side. We had small hiccups along the way due to the appraiser, Raman handled it like a champ and got the problems resolved. Very professional and knows what he’s doing. We will continue to use him and refere him to all our friends and family. Make sure to call him!
