•Ms. Caroline took care of all of our needs. It started with a few texts and emails, a couple of calls and us setting up time to see the homes. We were moving from PA to SC. Ms. Caroline spoke with us about the different areas in SC and where we could find homes we were looking for. We made a list of homes and Ms. Caroline and Ms. Donna, her mother, cleared out their schedule for 4 days. They showed us every home we asked to see and when we asked to relook at 2 of the homes, she came after church to show the homes. Being out of state we could not get there for inspections, etc. Ms. Caroline took care of all of them. She even found contractors to come out and provide estimates for repairs. She negotiated a great price for us and helped us get the home we were looking for. She followed up and communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date and to be sure we did not miss any deadlines. This was a great experience. I would use Ms. Caroline again. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!
