•I was so fortunate to work with Rosanne Holmes. She helped me sell two homes that I owned in the Phoenix area. The tricky thing for me was that I live in California and owned the homes as investment properties. It was really tough to get the homes ready to sell from so far away. Rosanne was hugely helpful throughout the process. She helped me find trusted contractors who could get my homes ready. She knew which issues I needed to address and how best to address them. Bottom line, she helped me get both of my homes in great shape, quickly and relatively inexpensively. The upshot of all this was that I was able to sell both homes for a great price. I know I wouldn't have been as successful with both sales if it hadn't been for Rosanne. I highly recommend her. She was fantastic to work with.
I recently sold and bought a home with Rosanne and she was an awesome agent to work with. She was always very responsive and on the ball during the entire process. I was able to close on both properties on the same day. Selling and buying can be stressful but Rosanne was very good at reassuring that the process would go smoothly. She was great at explaining where we were in the process and it made the process much easier and less stressful. I will definitely use Rosanne for future real estate transactions (I promise not to have panic attacks Rosanne haha!) and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and highly skilled agent.
