•She was very knowledgeable, always making sure we saw everything when we would do the walk through. She was the best I have ever worked with and I couldn’t have imagined having anyone else find us our first house! She will forever be our realtor!
I don't have a ton of experience working with realtors but I have worked with realtors at least 5 different times. In addition to those personal experiences, close family members have also worked with other realtors. None of these have come close to being as an enjoyable experience than what I've had with the Degen Team. Cory is by far the most knowledgeable, quickest to react/respond, provides sound advice and is a pleasure to work with. He is not pushy, doesn't add pressure, a straight shooter and will provide the best advice while still backing you up no matter what your decision ends up being. I'll tell you, he told me his thoughts on a particular point, I ran with my "instinct" and in the end, it turned out to go the way Cory had predicted originally. Just check out his credentials and accolades he has achieved, those speak for themselves. I'm not suggesting he is the only top tier realtor in existence, but out of all of my past personal experiences and character profiles I have learned from others who are close to me with their experiences, Cory is the only realtor I would want to go back to and use again. The only regret I have is that I don't have another house to sell or enough money to buy another one right now. When the time comes, I will certainly seek him out.
