A Kind and Experienced Realtor

Terrey helped me with the purchase of my first home as a first time home buyer, and five years later she has helped me sell so I can purchase my second home. Terrey has been amazing with helping me through the entire process of selling my condo. Any question and concern I had she was there to help, and that also included her reading emails sent late in the evening and responding the next day. My obvious inexperience about the selling process, and especially the inspection resolution did cause me a high amount of stress. Terrey's experience allowed her to calmly make decisions and go over them with me until I understood and was ready to proceed with the necessary next steps. Terrey will go as far as offering her own personal resources to help, but all within reason of course. I was grateful for her kindness. Terrey also listened to my concern about my vertigo and how it affects when I can drive. She facilitated accommodations for me for closing, and has met with me at my home numerous times during the selling process even though I live on the opposite side of the Metro area. I am thankful that Terrey has the patience to work with clients like me whose nature it is to be a ball of stress. Her calm demeanor and years of experience and knowledge about real estate helped get me through this experience. I highly recommend her.
