As a first-time home buyer, the process of buying a home was very daunting, frustrating and overwhelming, especially when my partner and I have conflicting tastes, expectations, priorities and opinions. We started out with a very broad search and she was always quick to react, setting up showings, meeting us from as far as north Golden to southwest Littleton and we never felt like burden clients which some realtors can make you feel. Rachelle was beyond patient, she was extremely supportive offering expert advice and helping us dissect and redirect our priorities which I think was invaluable in finding on a space that met all of our needs. She was also extremely honest and perceptive, did her due diligence, made the right calls, helped troubleshoot and was never trying to sell us on a home. She let us take the lead and interjected when need be (thankfully) because she wanted to make sure that we LOVED where we lived--not settle just to get the process over with. She felt more like an advocate than a real estate agent and I couldn't be happier with the results. We absolutely love our new home; the space, location, school district, neighborhood... If you're looking for an ally and not a sales rep, I would definitely go with Rachelle.

Travis listens well. He doesn’t push, but he consistently guides one to their goal. He is “on your side” but realistic about moving the negotiating process along when seller and buyer need to reach an amiable compromise. Travis keeps up with the details and provides rapid phone and text responses to questions and service requests. We appreciated that he recognized our unique needs as a retired, out-of-state couple seeking a home in a new place. Travis was respectful, considerate, ethical and knowledgeable. You will find him friendly, upbeat and ready to serve you before and after the sale!
