2 months ago me and my wife needed to sell our townhome and buy a new home and FAST! Justin Phillips did exactly that and saved us money at the same time. As a first time home buyer it can be scary trying to learn all of this but thankfully we had Justin as our agent. He took the time to make sure that we understood everything before we closed. Justin and his team made buying our dream home for me and my family possible under very extreme circumstances. We were told by everyone we spoke with that completing a purchase in only 15 days from offer to close was impossible. Not to Justin.
