I went to Rob with an urgent need to relocate on a deadline. He immediately began organizing all of the resources I would need for the process to, end-to-end, and provided me with options to choose from so I had the final say in selecting the best fit for myself. At the same time, he was searching for and delivering property options to me and was available to show homes to me on my schedule, even if it was a last minute request or we drove past an available property that we hadn't scheduled. He made it happen on the spot. Ultimately, I was made to feel like I was his only client. He was focused on every detail I had requested in a home and was sure to verify my certainty when I considered making an offer on property that didn't "check all the boxes." His commitment to making sure that I was completely happy with the property I selected was his highest priority. He also ensured that we stayed on schedule and met my deadline. We fell in love with a house and battled with the sellers from October to signing in March. It was a long process but very much worth it for our dream house. In fact the process is still going on as sellers still have permits to close out but he had that into our contract and he’s still fighting for us and willing to do what ever it takes. Best realtor ever.

Chris is extremely easy to work with! His contractor program was painless. We had the house renovated, Chris was instrumental in picking colors.....Walls, carpets, wood floors...everything. We didn't have to pay a penny up front. Contractor paid at closing. Due to all the updates house sold for $70k over listing. This is our 5th time using Chris....we will never change realtors. Contacted Rob to sell my house. He came by and walked my property inside and out. He then gave me tips to help improve the look of the house and to get it ready to market it. As I was finishing up those tips, he came back by within two days to take pictures and to discuss the game plan. He said he would be there from start to finish. He kept me well informed on the process of selling my home throughout. Moving, selling, and or buying a home is a very stressful thing and time for people. Rob tried to take all the stress out of it for me. With the game plan discussed previously, I knew what was going on, where we were at, and what was going to happen next. He texted me or called me to inform me every step of the way. I received multiple offers, which was great as a seller to hear, but Rob also gave insight to some of those offers, meaning which ones seemed to be a STRONGER deal and less likely to have problems with it in escrow. His advice was golden. After we decided which offer to accept, he then told me not to think about anything. As it got closer to the end of escrow, he informed me of the final steps. Two days before closing, I rented the moving truck and started to fill it up. Like he said when we met the first time, he was there at the escrow office while we closed. That wasn't the end for Rob. He then stopped by after escrow was done to see how we were doing, and to see if there was anything else he could do. If I knew he was going to stop by, I might have waited to load the heavy stuff til then but I was to excited to start my new adventure in life. Everything worked out well for me, and Rob was a BIG REASON WHY IT DID. Thank you Rob for being patient with me during this process and keeping your word that you would get the job done, and done right.
