Eva helped us find our new home and was very patient with us as it took us over a year to find the right home. She also helped us to sell our home, and we had a good offer within a month and closed a month later. We had been in our old house for 30 years and found out how stressful moving and selling a house can be, but Eva alleviated that stress and helped us with the entire process. I highly recommend Damon as a realtor! From our very first meeting, he was meticulous in every detail. He is experienced, thorough, engaging, professional. He was always immediately responsive to any questions, concerns, etc., that I had - any time of day. In addition, Damon has a treasure trove of professional contractors, who helped with jobs, such as painting, finishing floors, furnace replacement, electrical issues, etc. Damon has an excellent admin staff as well. Damon did an excellent job selling my home.
