Kristi was a great agent. This was our first time selling, and we moved out of town before we even listed. She was honest and extremely helpful, especially since we were so far away. She would check on the house periodically; when we needed a new roof, she organized getting a few quotes for us; she worked with an electrician on our behalf - everything that would have been very difficult for us being so far away and moving into a new home.
