Rye Coleman was excellent! We were under contract within 48 hours of contacting her and everything went as smoothly as possible. We purchased site unseen from nearly 2,000 miles away. She kept us updated and held our keys until we were able to get to our new home. She also coordinated with the flooring company to have our entire house’s flooring replaced before we arrived. She went above and beyond our expectations and we will certainly use her in the future!

Such amazing people to work with, every question was answered timely and was described in a way that was easy to understand. This is my first home EVER and I couldn’t have asked for an even better group of professionals to consult. I was walked through step by step for each milestone that I had to accomplish as well as how to do it. I was put in contact with other professionals when it came to inspecting the home and getting a loan, as well as applying for insurance and every decision was up to me. I was merely given choices and if I didn’t like those choices I was free to choose whomever I like. Our Associate Realtor, Rye Coleman, went above and beyond to ensure BOTH the sellers and buyers were happy with the transaction, regardless of the buyers working with a separate realtor. Although the buyer's realtor caused a lot of stress for us during these last few weeks, Rye kept on top of it and made sure that BOTH parties came out happy! Prior to the day of closing, Rye stayed and made sure that the last minute repair work was completed and paid for to the contractors.
