Adrian did a super job for us - could not have done it without him! So professional & knowledgeable! We had a house that in a super "hot market " was still very difficult to sell - it was unique because of the size of the house and lot and the view. Adrian stepped in when we had to change agents and immediately went to work. It took some perserverance and hard work but he got us multiple offers - we were thrilled to get the house sold before year end - and for the price we wanted! But it meant Adrian had to put in all that extra effort around the holidays. He helped with home sale contract issues, getting contractors lined up - all we asked and more.
