Kim is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright. Kim fought for us, she came in and would get information that other realtors just wouldnt have been able to. Knew the right things to say, and knew how to win properties. She's definitely the realtor you want when buying any home/property in the Denver metro area, hands down!

I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks. They were patient and had all the right recommendations for the different situations we dealt with to cross the finish line.

Spencer was willing and able to meet with us on the few trips we made to Colorado Springs on a whim. We had texted him in Denver on a whim at 1 with some homes, and were viewing homes by 3:30. The market was agressive & homes were going for 80k over asking on average, but the strong offer tactic that was used led to us getting an offer accepted for 45k over asking on our second visit!

Landin came in & presented a viable sale strategy to sell the house & purchase a new home within the timeframe we were hoping for - shortly after our daughter was born. We had the house open for showings for 5 days, and eventually got a bid 75k over asking. Our sale process went smoothly and we were able to close prior to the sale date (which was near our daughter's due date). And the purchase went smoothly as well. All timed to sell, have a baby, and close on a new home within 1 week! We could not have asked for a more smooth transaction on both ends.

Worked with Dave (and Krista) on a work relocation. I know that process can be much more time consuming and detailed than normal as this isn't my first relocation. But Dave made it SUPER EASY. He communicated directly with the relocation company and buyers and minimized what I had to do. He coordinated all the right resources and got us top dollar for our home. We had a house hunting trip in our new state and were gone for a week. He made sure to get the house on the market in time for that trip, handled all showings, and got us a terrific offer before we even returned.
