It was a pleasure working with Brent! At first we weren't sure if we wanted to sell our starter home, but with the housing market on fire with the pandemic and everyone moving, it seemed like the right time. Our main concern with selling was about the potential chaos involved with such a large process during a pandemic. We had a lot of questions about the process, all of the paperwork that might be involved, whether we would need to make repairs before selling, other risks, etc. We decided to contact Brent, and he immediately scheduled a meeting with us at our -now former- home. Fast forward, he came with all the information that we requested; information based on research and his own experience that eventually helped us make up our minds and move forward with selling our property. While it took us a year to get ready for the big move as we did some renovations and research, Brent was always there to answer all of our questions, share a joke or two (as he has a great sense of humor), and to help facilitate the selling process. Additionally, I would like to point out that he was very open to feedback and working with our multicultural and bilingual household, and all the components to it. So, thank you Brent for all your hard work and for putting up with us!
