Glenda always made herself available to us while navigate the home buying process and was of course not only professional, but also so personable and easy to be on the same page as, given her practicality and reputability. She did a great job getting us oriented and staying in contact with us before, during, and after our home search and purchase. She was open, honest, and attentive to detail during showings, making sure to take notice of anything that raised red flags, while also gauging what we were looking for and later striving to find homes with the aspects we ideally wanted to be present, which led us to the home we ultimately settled on! Things went a little different for us than a typical home sale, as we ended up buying a new construction home. We didn’t feel very satisfied with our communications with the home builder, but Glenda was on our side the entire time and there to answer our questions and act as a steadfast representative of and advocate for us as issues with the home builder arose. Glenda was always easy to work with and a pleasure to be around in general.

I can’t recommend Chard enough! He made moving from out of state as easy and stress free as possible with communication on updates, answering any of our many questions, and checking in with us along the way. Not only that but he went above and beyond with the little things, like keeping an eye on our 8 month old while napping so we could really look at each of the houses he took us to. We were fortunate to begin working with Glenda early in the process of selling an estate home. We connected with her while we were in the midst of going through its contents. She first referred us to an excellent estate sale company that handled everything start to finish, including final cleanout of the home. While we were in this process, Glenda helped us understand the market and how it had changed in the previous year and then advised us on the most appropriate repairs and updates to aid in the sale of the home. Her connection with Remax was valuable for the many helpful resources she had through this large company. She guided us to several other excellent professionals, including a home inspector, mechanical contractor, remodel contractor, photographer, and stager; all were top notch. She provided excellent insight as we worked together to determine the appropriate listing price, and we were extremely pleased with both the timeline in which we went under contract and the final sale price. We were especially pleased with the sale price considering the buyers market at the time of the sale. She worked tirelessly to make it all happen and always made herself available when we needed her.
