Not only was Adrian "extremely" patient while we were in the process of buying our next home, he also outperformed his responsibilities and professionalism when it came to selling our old house. Adrian is very detailed and process-oriented, which was extremely beneficial while selling and buying within the same time frame. Long before we put the house "For Sale", Adrian had organized all the necessary steps to be performed well in advance. By the time the house was listed on the market, all the back-end requirements and paperwork were completed so we could move as fast as possible towards the sale. We didn't have to keep deadlines in mind because Adrian was on top of them and he coached us well in advance to complete what we needed to do so we didn't incur any "stress" in the future. We are very process and detailed oriented people, so working with someone like Adrian, who took all that responsibility off our plates, was much appreciated and impressive.
Adrian also provides a great Rolodex of contacts, whether it was photos of our house interiors or title company, Adrian set everything up and just pointed us in the right direction. We did have a few unexpected circumstances pop up during the sales process that was unforeseen and out of our control, Adrian took control of the issues and resolved them to produce the same, or better, outcomes than originally anticipated.
Adrian is a true professional and has a great personality rooted in honesty and fairness. His attention to detail, ability to manage a process with multiple 3rd parties, and provide candid feedback on decisions regardless of the financial outcome are attributes we found most valued in our sales experience.
