David knows when a house is right for us, goes an extra mile to make sure that it fits the criteria we were looking for. Also he virtually know what is the best price we should offer to get the house. I really like the way he builds trust and make us comfortable when we started our search and throughout the journey. He never pushes you to go for a deal which is not worth, unlike a lot of realtors who are in it for money. It was a pleasent experience working with him. I will highly recommend him to everyone.

Dave was a consummate professional from day one. My wife and I were upside the first time we used Dave and were reluctant to take a deal that wasn't clearly in our best interest. After countless weekends looking at houses we finally found a house we were comfortable with. During the entire process he never waivered or dogged it when looking for homes to visit. Second experience was a little different, but he showed the same patience. Because we had secured such a great deal the first time around we weren't going to move just to move even thought we wanted to get more out of a house than we currently were. The market was insane and again he went out of his way to look at any home we asked to see and followed up with any relevant information we asked for(usually comps). It was about a three year process and we finally pulled the trigger getting a house we are absolutely excited to move into. He certainly put in the time during both experiences! I had spent over a month searching for a home in my state with a different person helping me and was frustrated after not making any progress. When I decided to look out of state and found William online I was anxious about the process, especially given that I am a first time homebuyer. William went to the property I was interested in within two hours of me reaching out and he continued to be extremely responsive, quick, professional, and helpful throughout the remainder of the process. He made me feel comfortable, patiently dealt with the many questions that I had throughout, and was an effective partner in dealing with some of the issues we encountered along the way. We ended up closing on that first property I had found and the process went almost exactly how William said it would on our first phone call. He did a great job and I feel that he is a trustworthy person to work with. I'd happily work with him again and would comfortably recommend him to friends.

Mike has a very relaxed yet professional and personable approach to his clients. He made us feel like we were the only clients he was working with. In today's market that is more important than ever. We had multiple offers on our home which sold well over asking price in 2 days. It was a pleasure working with Brent! At first we weren't sure if we wanted to sell our starter home, but with the housing market on fire with the pandemic and everyone moving, it seemed like the right time. Our main concern with selling was about the potential chaos involved with such a large process during a pandemic. We had a lot of questions about the process, all of the paperwork that might be involved, whether we would need to make repairs before selling, other risks, etc. We decided to contact Brent, and he immediately scheduled a meeting with us at our -now former- home. Fast forward, he came with all the information that we requested; information based on research and his own experience that eventually helped us make up our minds and move forward with selling our property. While it took us a year to get ready for the big move as we did some renovations and research, Brent was always there to answer all of our questions, share a joke or two (as he has a great sense of humor), and to help facilitate the selling process. Additionally, I would like to point out that he was very open to feedback and working with our multicultural and bilingual household, and all the components to it.
