We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Mick on the purchase of our new home! This was our 2nd time in about 5 years purchasing a home with him as our agent…that should show how much we trusted him! Finding a home in this market wasn’t easy…we were on the hunt for almost a year. During that time, things really changed with the market and Mick was creative in how we approached it. He took the time to listen and understand what our needs were…for us, the list was long. When we’d create lists of homes to look at, he’d go thru them one by one and make sure they had what we wanted. When we looked at houses, his knowledge of home construction is a positive because he’s able to identify concerns/potential issues the average buyer might not see. We were blessed to find a home we really liked…Mick knows how to navigate the tough market and helped us find a home that fits OUR needs. He worked well with the selling agent, was able to get all of our questions answered, and was creative in helping us put together a competitive offer. Mick is a top notch agent! We were introduced to him by another agent from out of the area over 5 years ago. We worked with him then to purchase this house. When we decided to sell, we went straight back to Mick! He’s very knowledgeable about the home sale process with years of experience. Landin has been our go-to real estate agent for almost ten years over the purchase and sale of two houses.
