We were house hunting out of state. Landin was extremely helpful in the whole process. We appreciated the fact that he is knowledgeable of the Highlands Ranch area, which is where we knew we wanted to buy. When we wanted to see a home, he would walk us through the homes via FaceTime (because we were out of state) and answer any questions we had. He was extremely easy to communicate with- very prompt to answer our texts and emails. When we found the house we wanted to buy, he was a strong advocate for us- all throughout the offer, the inspection, and the closing. I can’t speak highly enough of Jim Romano and his team, guiding me as a novice in the sale of my parents house. He came out to the house still overflowing with my parents possessions. He sat down and he gave us several options, which made it clear how we could get the most attractive offer. To be honest he had an eye for the beauty of the house, not including the fabulous view because it was still filled with so much stuff. While it was challenging to see his vision, I felt immediate ease with Jim and proceeded with renovations. He and his team were beyond instrumental helping me achieve what was best for the estate. We realized an end result which was beyond his projections for real estate in the area. Glenda is a very knowledgeable and proactive agent. I was discouraged sometimes and Glenda was there to offer words of encouragement and suggestions. We ran into a last-minute repair challenge and Glenda helped me find people to handle the work quickly. Although still unsure how much paint colors, new carpet selection, and staging decorations played into finding a buyer, we ended up with great buyers who might actually love the house as much as I did. I was also grateful for help in negotiating all those tedious legal steps and paperwork. Besides all that, Glenda is a lovely lady and I was happy to get to know her a little.
