She took us to legitimately great places. She understood our budget and got a feel for our priorities in a short amount of time. We were able to identify our perfect place in a great neighborhood within just a few days. Cheri was flexible and was able to do a lot in a packed schedule. She ran point for us on the property when we were out of state and would FaceTime us with updates in the home. She offered a valuable opinion on expectations for a Denver property when we were new to that market. Even after closing, she continued to help us with recommendations of local tradesmen to make our house a home. I would highly recommend Cheri to anyone looking to relocate to Colorado. She can come over for dinner any time.

Molly Henry has now helped me sell two homes and purchase two more. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. I have always been impressed by her knowledge of the whole buying and selling process. She is quick to reply with answers to any questions that I may have. She has gone above and beyond to solve any potential problem that may arise. Molly is a genuinely kind person but that doesn’t mean that she isn’t firm when the situation requires it. Molly has fought very hard for me and I will never be able to thank her enough. I have certainly seen how well Molly treats her clients but in my most recent transaction it was evident to me how well she treats the other realtor’s client as well. I have been on the receiving end of some very rude realtors when trying to buy the house that they have listed. It gives me peace to know that the buyers of any property that I am selling will be treated with the same kindness and respect that she shows her clients.
