I was referred to ABC Investments through work and am so grateful to have found them. I have purchased 3 previous homes through another agent, who was also good, but this by far was the easiest. Cara and Alison are a well run team that take great care of their customers and do it with a smile and kindness. When I first met with Cara I gave her a long list of everything I wanted in my "forever" home. I actually did not think it was all possible but why not ask :-) To my amazement a home was found for me including my entire list.......even a lake within walking distance. Cara and Alison made the selling of our home so easy. We met with them, talked about what we were hoping to accomplish, and they made it happen. They took care of everything from pictures, brochures and our open house. Cara and Alison were confident about the price they could get for our home (more than we actually expected and higher than other realtors we interviewed) and they did it! Our home sold quickly and Cara and Alison made everything simple for us. My husband was already living out of state with his new job when all this was happening. Even with him away, they made the closing and all the signatures needed run smoothly. Cara and Alison really know what they're doing. What a great team!
