I am a retired Re Max agent of 35 yrs. I retired 12 yrs ago, I feel that I can truthfully say that Ben delivers. If he tells you something, believe it and listen to his advice. He even watered my plants and got someone to pick up some furniture that I could not take with me. He kept me advised of the number of showings and gave me the feedback from the showing agents. He does not “sugarcoat” any thing. My house sold very quickly to a well qualified buyer. A lot of that was because of his advice getting the home ready to show.
