I found Michael using the agent finder tool in Zillow and looking at the highest rated buyer's agent in the Highlands Ranch / Lone Tree area and now just 2.5 short months later, I'm happy to leave him my own 5 star review! This was honestly the smoothest homebuying experience I've ever had, and in such a crazy market too. I feel like Michael really beared the brunt of the difficult market for us and used his masterful negotiation skills to make competitive bids that won us the house we wanted, and negotiated an incredible $12k back during inspection which is a spectacular achievement in this kind of market. Together with his lender Yvette Youngs, this team of superheroes pulled off a 2-week closing on our property without so much as breaking a sweat (as far as I know!) Michael was always responsive and available when I had questions, and I honestly don't know when this guy takes a break! During our property search he really spent time helping us nail down the right properties for our needs and didn't rush us into anything that wasn't going to be a worthwhile investment. He was always there for us, being present for the inspection, for the closing, and handling all the communication for everything in between.
