Damon is incredibly good at what he does, I would absolutely recommend him. He is wonderful to work with and his knowledge of real estate is immense. Damon’s evaluations of home values are supper solid due to his work as an apriser, and with his considerable experience in renovating homes he is able to offer in sights on improvements that are so helpful. I was so impressed with this man’s negotiating skill. I purchased a home for sale by Zillow, they were incredibly difficult to deal with and so tight fisted with repairs. Damon really went to bat for me, pulled in quotes and got some major concessions for me that made it work.
