Didn't think the agent would matter as much in a "hot sellers market", but when the direct comps to my unit started coming at sale prices 10-15% less than what I wanted to ask so we were a little worried we might not be able to complete our "dream plans"... Tania reassessed everything and assured us we were not crazy, and in this market we could always adjust the price and still get it sold quickly. It was a delightful surprise when we started receiving well qualified offers at "above asking" with quick closing dates. Tania had the unit on the market the same day renovations were complete, under contract at "above asking" within a week. The deal closed in just over three weeks from listing it... Amazing!
