Kim and Joe provided us accurate home values prior to listing our home. They hosted an overwhelming open house that resulted in twelve offers over our asking price. The hard work came after accepting the best offer as they had to work with a fairly new buyer’s agent that was not overly responsive to calls and their own clients. I enlisted the help of Cara and Alison on recommendation from a friend and I was glad I did. I live 1500 miles away and needed help selling a Colorado rental property that had a tenant who was moving out. The ABC team met with the tenant several times and coordinated their moving out, cleaning and checking on the condition of the property after they left. I never even had to get on a airplane. And the property sold above asking price!! After the closing my wife says "you know....you hardly had to lift a finger to sell that place". So true!!
