Kathy, Was great to work with. Her knowledge, experience and patience are outstanding. When we viewed properties, she offered her insight and knowledge to help us effectively determine if we wanted to submit a bid. Once our bid was accepted, she kept us on track to make sure our paperwork was in as outlined in the agreement. Cheryl handled the sale of my home beyond expectations.
