Nick was extremely helpful in the 8 months it took to find the exact house we were looking for. He was able to get us into every showing we wanted to even if he wasn't able to make it and made the entire house shopping experience fun and stress free. When it came to putting in offers, comps and all the nitty gritty Nick was knowledgeable on neighborhood pricing, what to put in as an offer and was good at deal making when it needed to happen.
