We decided to work with Kyla to sell our home after meeting her when we initially purchased the home 3 years prior, she was the listing agent. Lisa went above and beyond supporting our relocation to the south Denver area as we retired from military service. Realistically, I think Jim Romano and his team are about as good as you can get if you want to have a real estate expert on your side. I have known Jim for many years, and he has helped my wife, my sister, my son, my father, my niece, my nephew, a close family friend, and myself with various real estate transactions. And on more than one occasion, we were competing against other buyers to purchase a home. Due to his advice, I seriously doubt our family/friends would have been able to acquire the property if Jim had not been leading the effort. And whether buying or selling, Jim's real estate experience kept us at the ease, even when we ran into the inevitable "hiccups" that come with this type of transaction. His crew does terrific job, whether it is in the preparation of the home, pricing (buy or sell) advice, marketing, and of course the closing of each transaction. In short, I cannot give Jim and his team a higher recommendation!
