I think much like most people, the first time they attempt to buy a home is incredibly intimidating, so much to know, so much to think about and a ton of internet forums with conflicting information and more questions than answers, we were lucky to have Lori as our Realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thinks of every single little detail. All the difference nuances involved in knowing what you are buying and what to watch out for. She helped us so much paddle through the rough seas of being a first time home buyer. She took a very passionate approach to helping us find a place and navigate the process as if we were family, She was incredibly nice and helpful and made sure we, and our investment, were protected throughout the entire process, from the house hunting, to the contract, the inspection, the remediation. In Colorado the market is crazy and without her we would have been so lost. She helped us through all of the unknowns and explained in detail everything we needed to learn to get it done. Spencer dealt with a very difficult situation with the sale of the house. He knew went to shut up and let things work themselves out and also went to jump in and take charge to move things forward. He was always friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
