Mike was really great to work with! He was very patient and knowledgeable and I cant recommend him enough. I had started my housing search back in 2020 but had to put it on hold due to unforeseen circumstances. Working with Spencer and Rhonda in the sale of my mother's home was as pleasant as can be under the circumstances. She had a reverse mortgage so the sale had a few extra hurdles to overcome and needed to have a relatively quick turnaround. Spencer was phenomenal with his professionalism, compassion, and communication throughout the process. His advice regarding the preparation of the home was spot on and his ability to get processes moving when others dragged their feet was a great asset. I particularly appreciated the immediacy of his responses when I would call or email. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others with a home to sell in the Denver metro area.

Landin was really a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and just a very good person. There were a few bumps in the road but Landin was very capable in navigating around them. My only disappointment came when I received the sellers settlement and discovered that I was charged a $500 Remax admin fee. I can understand why it was probably charged but disappointed that I was not made aware of that until just prior to closing and not at the time I listed my property. Other than that I was quite pleased and would recommend Landin to handle all of your real estate needs.

Let’s just start off that Jerry Haberkorn is an awesome realtor and a great person to work with. During the process of selling this house we had a few unexpected challenges, but with all the years of selling houses Jerry had the knowledge on who to call for all the obstacles we faced. Together we both learned a lot about the sewer lines in Arvada. If I need to sell or buy another house my only call will be to Jerry for a realtor.
