When we wanted to see a home, he would walk us through the homes via FaceTime (because we were out of state) and answer any questions we had. He was extremely easy to communicate with- very prompt to answer our texts and emails. When we found the house we wanted to buy, he was a strong advocate for us- all throughout the offer, the inspection, and the closing. Glenda is a very knowledgeable and proactive agent. I was discouraged sometimes and Glenda was there to offer words of encouragement and suggestions. We ran into a last-minute repair challenge and Glenda helped me find people to handle the work quickly. Although still unsure how much paint colors, new carpet selection, and staging decorations played into finding a buyer, we ended up with great buyers who might actually love the house as much as I did.
