With nearly 25 years of experience practicing litigation in Massachusetts, I am excited to transition back to my first passion - real estate. While I may be new to the local real estate industry, my extensive legal background has equipped me with invaluable skills in negotiation, attention to detail and advocacy. I have lived and worked in the Sturbridge/Brimfield area for over 40 years and I have been a Realtor/Broker Associate for 22 years. My husband, Scott, and I live on a 370 acre tree farm, "Mountain Brook Farm," in Brimfield, along with a summer lake house, "Tree Tops," in Sturbridge. I enjoy antiquing at the famous Brimfield Antique Show, hiking on our farm and swimming at the lake.

Amanda was extremely helpful to us as we bought our first home
Amanda was extremely helpful to us as we bought our first home. We had some pretty stringent needs, and alike many new home buyers an evolving view of what we wanted. To compound things, the housing Market in 2020 has been absolutely bananas, but Amanda's unwavering pleasantness and superior knowledge of the process were extremely comforting to us. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone I hear of in the area looking for an agent!

Amanda was my lifeline in my first time home buying process. She planned out everything that I needed to do and literally held my hand in the process. She was pleasant to work with and helped with all my wants and needs. I am very lucky to have found someone that was knowledgable and understanding in making this process as stress free and she did. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a house.

Wendy was excellent!!!!!
Wendy handled the sale of my home very professionally and with compassion as this was also my late step-fathers home. It was an emotional rollercoaster and a Wendy was there to answer any and all questions. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable
I am glad I was referred to Wendy and I would do another transaction with her without a doubt! I reside on the West Coast and needed someone who would have to get things done in my absence. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place to list the unit in a timely manner. She suggested a few key actions to increase the chances to sell the unit faster for the listed price. One thing that really stood out about Wendy, that she was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was very efficient, given the distance. She is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable realtor and familiar with Southbridge. I will definitely recommend Wendy to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell or buy a property.
