•When my wife and I decided to move from Seattle to Sequim nine years ago, we had never met Trisha. I picked her out of the REMAX website by her smile alone. This turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Not only did we find the house of our dreams in Happy Valley, but Trisha found a mortgage agency and title company that allowed us to buy the house in Sequim before selling our house in Seattle. Fast forward to 2025. My wife is now confined to a wheelchair and can no longer climb stairs. Trisha again showed us a one floor condo and found a mortgage broker, title company, and contractor to modify the new property to accommodate my wife and I, which then allowed us to sell the house on the hill On top of being a Superb Realtor, she is also an interior designer, a person who knows people who can do things, and a dear friend. Regards, Rick and Cathy Vaux
