Danny was our selling broker for our family's house. Once we sold our house he served as our buyer's broker for the next home that we purchased. He was extremely responsive, never leaving us wondering where things stood. He was supportive, and truly wanted for the best outcome for us, even if it wasn't the best for him financially. He did a lot more than simply broker deals. He helped us find trades people to evaluate the cost for changes that would need to be made in the new house and changes that he recommend we make to the house we sold to improve its salability. Daniel is incredible and I highly recommend him! He successfully marketed and sold my father's house, navigating several challenges in the process. The house had a number of minor issues but Daniel was able to convey the potential of the property to perspective buyers and get offers. Another challenge was the fact that I was out of state- Daniel went above and beyond to monitor the house, address issues and coordinate services like cleaning/staging, oil delivery, and snow removal.
